Clafoutis Berries
Ingredients
Never letting the short cherry season go without preparing this delicious clafoutis topped with wonderful lebanese cherries.⠀
This clafoutis is both fresh and light making it the perfect summer dessert.⠀
But If you happen to find this post after cherry season,No problem at all !!⠀You can use any other fruits, like fresh berries, pitted prune plums, sliced peaches,or pears.⠀

Ingredients:⠀
•2 eggs🥚 ⠀
.⅔ Cup vegetable oil⠀
.1 Cup natural yogurt @dairiday
•1 tbsp lemon rind⠀
•1 Cup brown sugar⠀
•1 Cup desiccated coconut 🥥⠀
•2 tsp baking powder ⠀
•260g all purpose Flour⠀
•around 20 cherries pitted and cut in half⠀
•extra sugar for sprinkling ⠀
⠀
Preheat oven to 180°C.⠀
Line a 20cm x 30cm slice tin with non-stick baking paper.⠀
Place the eggs, oil, yoghurt, lemon rind and sugar into a bowl and whisk until combined. Add the coconut, baking powder and flour and mix well. ⠀
Pour the mixture into the tin, top with the pitted cherries and sprinkle with the extra sugar. Bake for 45 min or until cooked when tested with a skewer. ⠀
