Man’ouche Duplex
Ingredients

Dough :
1kg flour
1.5 cup of warm water (you might need more or less )
1 Tbsp Yeast
1Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Add flour yeast salt sugar and warm water mix then add oil
Cover the dough and leave it to proof for 1 hr
Shape the mana2eech add spreadable cheese and mozzarella or kashkaval cheese cover it with another dough and add the zaatar mix bake in the oven for 15 min and serve with tea and veggies
