Smoked Salmon Rolls
Ingredients
Smoked Salmon Rolls:
• 200g Smoked Salmon
• 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
• 150g @dairiday cream cheese
• 1 tablespoon lemon zest
• 1 large avocado
-Lay a piece of parchment paper on the counter.
– Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
– Place smoked salmon over the sesame seeds as shown
– Mix together cream cheese and lemon zest
– Mash the avocado, you can add chili flakes if you like
– Spread Cream Cheese mixture over the smoked salmon
– Add the mashed avocado
– Roll the salmon then refrigerate for 30 mins
– Slice, Serve and enjoy
Cherry Cake

-3/4 cup sugar
-1 lemon zest
-vanilla
-2 eggs
-1 box of cream cheese dairiday
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-1/2 cup yogurt dairiday
-1 1/2 cups flour
-2 teaspoon baking powder

Upside Down Cheesecake

For the crust :
3 cups (240g) biscuit crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Put half of the crust in a mold and bake it for 15 min
For the cream cheese filling :
2 pack of cream cheese from @dairiday 360gram
500 ml of whipping cream
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
Add the filling on the crust the add the jam in the middle cover with the remaining crumbs
Put it in the fridge overnight
For the exotic jam
1/2 cup of passion fruit
1 cup mango cubes
1 peach
1/2 cup of sugar
Cook until you have a perfect jam texture
Mango Trifle

1 mango cut in cubes
Cake pieces
Mango juice 2 cups
Whipped cream 3 cups
Cream cheese 1/2 cup @dairiday
Melted White chocolate 1/2 cup
For the cream :
Add whipped cream + melted white chocolate + cream cheese
Start layering with cream cake juice mango and repeat
Garnish with Coconut flakes

ربع كوب زبدة
@dairiday400 غرام جبنة كريمي
٢ بيض
١/٢ كوب حليب مكثف محلى.
ضع طبقة البسكوت المطحون مع الزبدة
بالقاع
اخلط الجبن و الحليب المكثف و البيض ثم اسكبه فوق البسكوت
يخبز لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة او حتى ينضج بترك ساعة بالبراد لكي يبرد
Halloumi Pesto Sandwich

Ingredients:
– @dairiday Halloumi
– 2 Tsps Honey
– 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
– 2 Tbsps Mayo
– 1 Tbsp Pesto
– Rocket leaves , Tomatoes and Avocados
– Slice the halloumi and place them in a wide hot pan.
– Grill for 5-6 minutes until golden brown then flip and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
– While the halloumi is cooking, mix together honey and lemon juice.
– Once the halloumi is done, drizzle the lemon honey mixture over them and cook for just 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate.
– Mix together pesto and mayo.
– Assemble the sandwich , you can use any garnish you like, i used rocket leaves, avocados and tomatoes.
Baklava Cheesecake

Crust:
* 100g butter , melted
* 1 1/2 cups pistachios, ground
* 8-10 sheets phyllo dough ( عجينة البقلاوة )
CHEESECAKE
* 400g @dairiday cream cheese
* 1 cup powdered sugar
* 3 large eggs
* 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* Petal Jam, to garnish
* Sugar Syrup (قطر) , recipe available in the nammoura video
Method:
Baklava Cheesecake Recipe:
Crust:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Brush a 20cm springform pan with melted butter.
3. Layer sheets of phyllo dough in the pan, brushing each sheet with melted butter, make sure to cover all the sides
4. Sprinkle the bottom with 3/4 of the ground pistachios
Cheesecake:
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until incorporated.
4. Stir in vanilla extract.
5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the layered phyllo dough in the prepared pan.
6. Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly.
Baking:
1. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the top is golden brown.
2. Let the cheesecake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
3. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
4. Decorate with remaining ground pistachios and petal jam ( مربى الزهر )
5. Slice, drizzle with sugar syrup and enjoy!
